Jenna and Justin got married on an absolutely gorgeous day at Shady Wagon Farm. The farm is southern elegance and has some of most adorable decorations. On top of that, Jenna and Justin put together some incredibly cute DIY decorations that could be found scattered all around to greet their guests.

This couple is so sweet and their personalities mesh perfectly. I can honestly say I have yet to see a couple so relaxed on their wedding day, maybe its who they are or perhaps the cozy farm atmosphere inspired them. This couple also blew me away with how intelligent and caring they are. They really take an interest in those who surround them and give back way more than they take.

The sky was blue, air crisp, and a slight breeze made wearing a light coat nice and comfortable. Even though we were running around working, I felt right at home, except for the fact that I forgot my genuine leather boots!

This was my first time at Lake Lure and more importantly during the fall. As soon as we rounded the final bend and caught a glimpse of the beautiful mountain backdrop with shimmering waters, I knew it was going to be a gorgeous day.

The ceremony was held on the edge of the lake under a quaint Gazebo overlooking the mountains and the reception was at the historic 1927 Lake Lure Inn and Spa. This place was classic elegance. Statues lined the halls, chandeliers hung all around, and the over-sized wing back chairs made for a great relaxation space while the party enjoyed dinner.

Kaitlin got prepped in the same suite that a portion of Dirty Dancing was filmed in. Of course the suite was appropriately named the Swayze Suite. We loved the vintage flowers and gorgeous attire the bridesmaids wore. Of course the brides hair, dress, and makeup were absolutely stunning.

To get from the Resort to the ceremony location, everyone was shuttled via trolley. The girls fancied it up and it made for a great ride and chance to spend time with friends and family.

We had an awesome time and will definitely be visiting Lake Lure again in the near future. Congrats Kaitlin and David!

NC is known for it’s beautiful coast and in particular the Outer Banks. Nicole and Matthew met while working in the Outer Banks during the summer and have been a part of each other’s lives ever since. It was incredibly fitting for their special day to be shared with friends and family on the beautiful coastline of Corolla, NC.

The weather was perfect and the clouds were epic. Throughout the day I was absolutely stunned by the beautiful backdrop, gorgeous couple, and cute decorations.

Nicole is my cousin and Matthew and I hit it off immediately after meeting over a few glasses of wine. They are full of life and live each day to the fullest. They constantly are lifting up each other and those who surround them.

I booked this couple long ago, but have been looking forward to their day every since! Alison and DJ are incredibly sweet and easy to consider close friends. After finding out how they enjoy Krav Maga, Techno, and dancing, I knew they would be the perfect fit as I am a techno fanatic.

The ceremony was held at Highland Baptist in Hickory and the reception at Market on Main. They were both stunning locations and Market on Main featured some spectacular decor and a great atmosphere.

As always I am thrilled to work with excellent photographers, so I was especially excited when I heard Mike Micciche would be around all day to get some amazing shots and keep the day rolling.

Where to begin? This couple is just absolutely gorgeous and have hearts of gold! I had so much fun getting to know them previously to the wedding and we were chatting along like old friends from day 1.

The wedding was held at Childress Vineyards in Lexington, NC. The day could not have been any more beautiful and the decorations were gorgeous. The photo booth was a huge hit and it was hilarious to watch everyone getting in on the action.

Mallory and Brent have been dating for over 8 years and their relationship has grown stronger since. They were so excited, but mostly relieved to finally get to tie the knot. It really was a long time coming and what a beautiful and sweet day to celebrate their past and continued love.

After spending an evening at dinner with Maria and Barry, I knew we were going to LOVE their wedding. They talked about the board games, fun first dance, and day of golfing. These were just some of the awesome events they mentioned. But the one thing that I looked forward to most was seeing an absolutely perfect couple become married and the excitement that they displayed towards this incredible moment in their lives.

Little did I know Maria and Barry had written such unbelievably touching vows. They put words to their emotions and courageously shared their hearts with everyone at the wedding. It was even more touching to watch as they both danced with Barry’s mother and her excitement to finally see her son get married.

Spending the morning with Barry and his groomsmen as they re-enacted Happy Gilmore golf scenes and swapped party stories could not have been any more hilarious. The wedding was held in the Marriott Hotel in downtown Winston-Salem, so we had a chance to bounce around the city and get some fun shots.

I am not only honored to produce their Wedding Video, but truly excited to see how their lives have been enriched through finding each other. Thanks again to Maria and Barry for such a special moment.

So many of us have seen on TV the stereotypical couples that have known each other forever and eventually get together and have a perfect relationship. Until I met Rachel and Chad, I figured this to just be part of fairytale TV Land. However, Rachel and Chad are THAT couple. They grew up together, their parents have been friends forever, and they have been life-long friends.

It wasn’t until after college though that they took an interest in each other and began dating. Their personalities compliment each other wonderfully and their outlook on life is bigger than life itself. I had a hard time picking just a few moments from their day because it was full of so much amazingness.

I debated on how to approach their film, but in the end decided to weigh in heavy on their ceremony and fun-loving, intimate personalities. Rachel’s dad, Bill, is the minister at Grace Community Church, where they held the ceremony. Bill was so heartfelt in his message to the bride and groom. Also, Rachel’s brother played the piano, Chad’s dad played the guitar and sang, and the ENTIRE wedding party danced in a surprise Flash Mob at the reception in the beautiful downtown ballroom, The Empire Room. Be on the lookout for that video.

Eva and Jay met in a study group at their church in Raleigh. Their faith is incredibly strong and it is evident that the Lord has brought them together to make a beautiful couple. Jay is a gentle heart and full of passion. Eva loves that Jay is a strong leader in their lives. Together they both love sports and trying out any and all types of cuisine.

They are surrounded by many friends and family that care for them and in turn they care for the same. It was incredible to spend time with this couple getting to know their story and seeing how much they share their blessings with those around them.

Their wedding was such a beautiful celebration and was evident through everyone’s eyes. The entire weekend felt full of energy and excitement. We were so happy and blessed to be a part of Eva and Jay’s wedding to share in this excitement. I feel completely honored to have met this couple and their family and friends.

Highlights of the wedding included Eva’s love for rap music, so they of course had to bust out some dance moves for their first dance. The ceremony was held in Goldsboro at Saint Paul United Methodist Church and the reception at Walnut Creek Country Club.

Thanks again to Eva and Jay for letting us share this special moment with you. You and your family will always be a beautiful memory in our hearts.

One thing that really impressed us was all the musical talent that their friends and family had. One of the bridesmaids and Sam’s best man, sang a duet of Jason Mraz. I almost felt like I was shooting a glee episode for a moment. That act was followed up by a beautiful piano piece presented by Shan’s cousin.

It was a beautiful sunny day to match their personalities. Shan and Sam have been cleverly tagged as Sham since their names fit together just as perfectly as their lives. Chelsy is an interior designer and has a passion for crafting beautiful scenes. She spent numerous hours planning all of the intricate details of their wedding day. She incorporated tons of fabric to give their wedding the ultimate look. It also didn’t hurt that their venue, the Millennium Center in Winston-Salem, provided the perfect location and helpful staff to assist in pulling off this unique and incredible wedding.

Mike loves sports and in particular Tennessee. Chelsy’s dad, Barry, loves sports too, in particular Wake Forest. Mike now loves Wake Forest and Barry now loves Tennessee. We attended the rehearsal dinner at Wake Forest Deacon tower and had an epic view of the stadium, as well as some awesome food! Their friends and family had some very touching words to say at the rehearsal and we were delighted to be able to catch those special moments.

The day featured some amazing singing by Mike’s sister Abby, a rocking band, and a DJ who kept us dancing all night long. Mike and Chelsy were so excited to get to their honeymoon that they literally ran away to their hotel at the end of the night.
